You can buy ingredients in devias vendor up to bc5, for bc 6 and 7 you have to find them by killing monsters in areas like tarkan/icarus and above ? BC 7 is comparebly really rare, so most of the time is best to buy them from sellers.

I think this kind of information needs to be added to the websites description.

I am trying to add damage decrease option to my Dark Phoenix +13 Set, moved my items to virtual vault, but website still doesnt let me upgrade them because it simply doesnt see those items, is it because items are +13 or there is some other problems?
