That answer is incorrect. 

 

For 211 quest you need to visit Kanturu domination in Kanturu Core on main server, which starts at 20:30 server time once a day. Those mobs spawn around every 30 sec, it is going to be difficult due to all the fights.

3. For what reason you were punished? - Game kept saying I kept using illegally duplicated  jewel of chaos purchased through website market

4. Why, in your opinion punishment is unfair? - I cannot control or tell if items purchased through the website can be possibly duplicated or illegal. Please revise character's backpack and page 5 of vault and if the items are indeed duplicated, delete them and return my account to normal.
