I havent lost my char but all my items were gone

I simply loged on my char and items were gone 5.All items that were lost were either in vault or on char (some in vault some on char) lost items Spyro pants+11+L, gloves+11+L, boots+11+L (in vault) Thunder hawk armor +13+L+dd+mana+28+dd8%, thunder hawk pants +13+L+dd, Thunder hawk boots +13+L+dd+mana, thunder hawk gloves dd mana+13+L(on char) Atlantis saber +13+fo+pvp (without mana or life cant remember) (on char) wyverns bespoke +13+fo(without mana or life) (on char) level 2 mg wings +15+L+28+ign (vault or on char) Azure dragon sword (2 hand top mg weap) +11+L+rate (char) ring of ice +12+dd+hp (char) ring of magic ref dd (on char) pend of wind +rate+2%+20lvl+mana (on char) 6. Safety wasnt on. 7.Not that I know of
