Can admin just Ban this player for good? He has mulitple reports and you just ban him for 7 days. He gets out of prison yard and does this over and over.

What do the admins do with this? Every time he gets out of prison he insults someone in a very racist way or this. Multiple violations 4 pages of it and still just ban for 1 day to 7-day max? We have a lot of friends that don't play anymore because of this bullying "play style".

True! Can anything be done with multiple reports on the same person? He is doing it every time he's out of Prison. Provokes people, kills everyone on core/ba/ka3/, and is racist as hell. He has a character now in Mega with the same name and is doing the same thing there.
