Hi, I've done a Webtransfer from my Virtual Vault to My Character. I Bought 2kkk zen with bonuses, so i did transfer it right after buying. I entered the game, and it doesnt show my Zen. My game is also Bugging when i try to log in, or relog. It takes longer, also to open the Bank in-game. I've tried everything, also transferring more zen (I did a 1,95kkk transfer, then a 50kk transfer) both didnt come through.) I tried to buy something in game, so maybe it wasnt showing correctly, but nothing. I tried to make the same transfer process on website, from character to vault again, it doesnt show my zen. Also opened a ticket for it.

Every time I click on any part of Spellbinder, I will immediately be disconnected from the server. I understand that I have to quickly get 2 random Spellbinder items from the main chest and perform "Delete Error Copy" before causing unnecessary misunderstandings. However, I wasn't able to do that because every time any of our items were disconnected from their immediate home, I had to leave any 2 Rings back in the virtual inventory. On January 22, I received 2 items in the virtual inventory for a newly created character. Because I was so happy after having to survive with 2 error diagrams for a long time, I used the selling method. they came into the store because of the consumer web, this is my fault and I'm sorry for that. Xin chào , Tôi thực sụ muốn biết lý do mình bị khóa tài khoản Tài khoản : orange9x Sever : origin Character : D-Law Vào hồi 19h35 khi tôi đang thực hiện nâng cấp item với chaos goblin thì bất ngờ bị ngắt kết nối với máy chủ , tôi đã thoát ra và vào lại thì thấy thông báo tài khoản của mình đã bị khóa . Tôi thực sự không hiểu vì sao tài khoản của mình bị khóa , rất mong đc giải đáp ! P/S : Cá nhân tôi hiểu game còn nhiều thiếu xót , và vẫn đang cải thiện để người chơi có những trải nghiệm tốt hơn , cá nhân tôi cũng hiểu và hết sức đồng cảm , nhưng việc bị blocked 1 cách hết sức bất ngờ khiến cho trải nghiệm và cảm nhận của tôi về game có phần méo mó hơn . Điều này là hoàn toàn có thể cải thiện được nếu như tôi được thông báo trước lý do mình bị khóa tài khoản và có thời gian để phản hồi , nhưng tiếc rằng tôi đã không nhân được bất cứ mail nào trước khi bị khóa tài khoản hay thâm chí sau đó .
