This top does not require quests at all. Try to write to their support, I don't see any problems on our side.

When you vote, you need to input your character name on the server you vote for. Not the account login

You can vote 1time for the first 10quests +110 more times for the rest 110 quests( 10+110=120quests = 1vote+110=111votes)

i think you can vote how many times you want but you need to wait for the timer i guess
