Hello,

Game turns off after 5mins (pretty much exact) without any error messages. Tried the launcher/main.exe, reinstall, went through other listed solutions, however none of it helped. Tried various game options, but got the same result.

Got only two solutions for you:

1. Try run game as administrator. 
2. Update you graphic driver. 
 

P.S. I also had such glitch. It disappeared by itself. Good luck pal. ?

go to the root folder of the game, for example: "c:\games\bless universe". open data folder. in it, find and delete object3 folder. download this archive. extract it to the data folder. at the end, you should have a new object3 folder with files from archive.

Try opening the game via bless.exe in the root folder of the game

My anti-virus is webroot. I've already allowed the game here and also in the firewall. When I click the game, I see the launcher, but when I click play nothing happens but this shows up:

Pressing F12 doesn't do anything. Nothing happens after this.

Hello, I tried to login into the game, but I cannot select any characters due to the fact that it's way too zoomed in.

I never had this issue before with other Mu Servers.

Can someone help please?

Try putting the lowest possible resolution in Launcher settings

Still the same thing, no idea why this is happening.

I managed to select the character and enter the game, and it's the same issue in the game. 

It might be because I am a Macbook user and have a Windows 11 via Parallels Desktop. It's sad that I can't play, I heard this is the best server

Try right-clicking on the Desktop -> Display settings

Put Scale to 100% and then open the game

I had this issue and can't login the game. I have tried to run all way (Main.exe, Bless.exe, Play.exe) and tried to restart my PC but nonsense.

I turned off all my firewalls, antivirus etc and still got this error even after reinstalling the whole client. Any idea what to do with this?

I can't help you without understanding the cause and type of error you are getting. I may have to connect via Anydesk. Such problems are not solved through the forum.

And also when reconnecting via anydesk I may need to contact you. Therefore, the presence of Discord is necessary.
