BLESS MOD x1000

Greetings,

 

The best games in the world have been inspired by players themselves..

Will try to be as short as possible. I have been playing MU for over 20 years. I love maths, physics and programming.

 

What I do like in BLESS:

Very well build trading system that depends on zen mainly.

Friendly players and many markets for trading.

Very happy donators due to rush to be first.

Online market with no overpowered gear, weapons only.

Quest system to make zen.

Dungeon to make additional zen with competition.

Hearts, Cookies, Medals dropping good stuff for a start.

Different services on site.

 

 

What I didn't like in BLESS:

Lots of non-PVP areas (should be only 1 with shitty spots - Arena) or VIP (where you shouldn't get more zen) <-brings the competition farther.

Maximum resets reached by VIP pretty quick even-do zen payment are high. That will bore up some people due to loosing interest.

Admin not appearing at all. Just showing up without doing anything will show that you care.

 

 

More positive than negative is very good sign bringing people to the server. But once they reach some point where they can't go any farther, will eventually dramatically reduce player numbers later on as you could see on other BLESS servers. New starts will be also not interested playing with maximum reached players. How to keep server grow and increase demand to donate?

 

 

SUGGESTION:

Mu is MMORPG designed to be infinite game without any limits. Reset system should have infinite function added to it. So if player reaches certain reset (for example 50) amount of zen that he pays rapidly increases every next reset. Could do grand-reset and in this case he could go up to 60 res without overpaying. Next one is 70 res and so on. (Function changes after every grand reset)

 

Function at the moment: (R = reset; Z = zen)

R = Z*5*106

 

Function for zen: (where n is zen)

f(n) / g(n) limn->infinite R(n) = n5 + (n*5*106) (depending on what reset we need player to go to grand)

 

now lets check both functions at 10/20/30/40/50/100/200 res:

old) 10 * 5 000 000 = 50kk infinite) (10 * 10 * 10 * 10 * 10) + 50kk = 50.1kk

20 * 5 000 000 = 100kk (20 * 20 * 20 * 20 * 20) + 100kk = 103.2kk

30 * 5 000 000 = 150kk (30 * 30 * 30 * 30 * 30) + 150kk = 174.3kk

40 * 5 000 000 = 200kk (40 * 40 * 40 * 40 * 40) + 200kk = 302.4kk

50 * 5 000 000 = 250kk (50 * 50 * 50 * 50 * 50) + 250kk = 562.5kk

possible grand reset, otherwise this happends:

100 * 5 000 000 = 500kk (100 * 100 * 100 * 100* 100) + 500kk = 10.5kkk

200 * 5 000 000 = 1kkk (200 * 200 * 200 * 200* 200) + 1kk = 321kkk

 

After grand reset infinite function changes for less hard one like this:

 

1. grand: f(n) / g(n) limn->infinite R(n) = n5 + (n*5*106 ) 50 res = 562.5kk

 

2. grand: f(n) / g(n) limn->infinite R(n) = 20n4 + (n*5*106 ​) 60 res = 559.2kk

 

3. grand: f(n) / g(n) limn->infinite R(n) = 550n3 + (n*5*106 ​) 70 res = 538.6kk

 

and so on...

 

 

And at the end players reaching maximum stats can pay certain amount of zen (may need whole guild to do that) to VIP whole server and start over with donated items only. Best guild may also receive some awesome present for doing so. (for example 1 FO set for guildmaster)

Also we could use similar functions, so it would be harder and harder to get experience over time after certain amount of grand resets. SO max stats would be a difficult thing.

 

Example: (max stat is 32767 and 400 points per res for BK, DW, ELF) (different functions for DL and MG)

 

32767 x 4 = 131,068 stats.

131,068 / 400 = 328 resets

 

without even using lim function. Just simple constant. (For Example we could use lim function if we want players not to go much farther than 100 res, so after 100 its 1x exp)

 

1000x / 328 res =3.04878x per reset has to be reduced. We will call this BLESS constant.

 

Example:

1 res = 1000 - (3.04878 * 0) = 1000x

5 res = 1000 - (3.04878 * 5) = 984x

47 res = 1000 - (3.04878 * 47) = 856x

100 res = 1000 - (3.04878 * 100) = 695x

320 res = 1000 - (3.04878 * 320) = 24x

328 res = 1000 - (3.04878 * 328) = 1x

One interesting fact about x1000 server.

 

Because of lack of zen people create many accounts to gather zen more easier. That means actual 900 people online can be 300 in reality. Admin probably knows, very easy to check IP-s that are connected to the server and wipe off similar ones. Or just CRC log can show it all as we can see on example:
