Не подскажите как исправить ошибку?

Вот и не понятно, какой процесс еще может использовать этот файл. А то на этом компе кроме му и тимвивера ничего нету)

Если ничего не поможет, то переустановите операционку или попробуйте хотя бы перезагрузить саму машину.

Вот и не понятно, какой процесс еще может использовать этот файл. А то на этом компе кроме му и тимвивера ничего нету)

 

Этот файл использует Launcher, он читает этот файл чтоб обновиться до нужной версии.

 

Что-то с лаунчером.
