KingX100 Lost Endless Tower Invitation and Rewards

Hi,

 

While i was in Endless tower, King X100 server was down yesterday.

 

Lost:

- Endless Tower Invitation (20kk Zen)

- All rewards after killing golden titan.

1. Name of the character, account and the server, where loss have happened: Normal, Castle Siege, or VIP. RayquazaOP , KINGX100 in Endless Tower

2. Origin of lost items: Bought by yourself in Bonuses shop / Bought by someone else in Bonuses shop / obtained in game process. Bought on Devias Shop, and obtained in game process.

3. Date and time of loss (as accurately as possible, it will accelerate recovery process). Not sure about the time, but it was while StreamOFF was streaming yesterday.

4. How items have disappeared. After killing 2-3 bosses, it dropped a pink box, after picking it the server crashed and lost all of them.

5. In details about lost items: upgrade level, options, and exact place where they were before the loss. I lost the Endless Tower Invitation, as i lost the opportunity to continue in tower, and the pink boxes that bosses dropped.

6. Was the Safety Mode is activated? No
