Lowering level requirement for guild creation

Hello,

 

I would like to suggest please to lower the level requirement for guild creation, right now it take more then a month for me and some friends to create our own guild due to the way the resets are set, would be great if it could be lower, so new guilds could be made.

I think there's no basis for the admin to such request. You can simply level up and make guild ..
