Origin of lost items: Bought by yourself in Bonuses shop crusted aschrow pants, boots, glove - Bought by myself in Bonuses shop 3. Date and time of loss (as accurately as possible, it will accelerate recovery process). 08.04.2020 when the server went offline i think about 21:00-22:00 4. How items have disappeared. I was changing equipment when i got disconnected and now i have duplicated dragon items in my vault and on my character but aschrow items disappeared 5. In details about lost items: upgrade level, options, and exact place where they were before the loss. - crusted aschrow pants+0 ( i dont remember options)- on my character- crusted aschrow gloves+0 ( i dont remember options)- on my character- crusted aschrow boots+0 ( i dont remember options)- on my character6.
