chaos bundle lost after using /unmix chaos command

Hello! I tried to unmix 10chaos bundle but after i wrote /unmix chaos it simply disappeared.i relogged and still nothing. In addition to that,i tried to use the chaos machine(right after the incident) to create a blood castle cloak and i got stuck in it. Had no option but to close and relog again. Surprise, the jwl scroll and bone gone. Tried again(after another relog,of course) and the same thing. jwl,bone,scroll disappeared. Can you please help? It's not really about the chaoses that i've spent, it's more about the fact that now I can't use chaos machine anymore.Thanks !

 

Edit: forgot to mention that I've checked first and there was space in my inventory for the unmix to happen.

 

Later edit: also a blood castle ticket(the one that you buy with CP) appeared in my inventory.lol

 

Last edit: I think my character is bugged. Killed two white rabbits and no reward, then dropped a Red Ribbon Box and no reward. something is extremely strange. I still can't use chaos machine.
