4 Lottery only 3 Prizes one drop nothing..

Purchased pp and so i had 4 lottery tickets, but when i used 4 of them i only got 3 prizes one did not drop anything.. Is this a bug or what?? i felt cheated on it since it might have been an FO.

 

The first drop was a Bless

Second drop was Chaos

Third drop Nothing... no msg or anything not even fireworks..

Fourth drop Chaos+3
