Got banned and couldnt find any reasons

I'm speaking for my friend, he just got banned permanently for no reasons why, we tried to find if theres any posts or topic uploaded by GMs/ADM say anything about this situation. Please respond with some proofs. 

Char name: Orange

Не вижу манго в списке. Но паре человек, просто за попытку запуска cheat engine, бан смягчали до 2.2

In your case we can change your punishment to 2.2 ban for 30 days.

It's -Orange- actually. I saw The logs said this account was using Cheat engine 7.1. I explained in Discord.
