Empire/ Lost Elite Horse after created/ Quasar

1. Name of the character, account and the server, where loss have happened:

Character name: Quasar

Account and the server: nhuquynh28 / Empire

Where loss have happened: Main server at Noria

2. The origin of things: Elite horse.

3. Date and time of loss (as accurately as possible, it will accelerate recovery process). 16:35 server time 08th November 2021.

4. How items have disappeared. After created the Elite horse and have Yellow notice on server, I cannot take back Elite horse to personal inventory. Then i disconnected due to server lagging, after relog immediately I dont see Elite horse on anywhere from my account.

5. In details about lost items: Elite horse was created by chaos machine in Noria. Video as below.

6. Was the Safety Mode is activated? . No.

Please help me to solve this, thank in advance.
