Agility is modified! Speedhack! - How to fix

After reset I get this message "Agility is modified! Speedhack!", is it because I'm using an ancient set? And how do I fix it?

 

    

 

 

 I search in the forum but the only post I found is Russian and I don't speak it. Tried translating it and is like if it were the same incomprehensible thing..

I had a few times like this maybe your stats are bugged, try to use fix starts on the web, and add stats through web, which should fix your problem.

Remove all the equipped items from your character and add stat points according to items requirements (without additional stat points from items themselves)
