The origin of things: item traded with another charector ingame at 29th May 3. Date and time of loss (as accurately as possible, it will accelerate recovery process): 19h00 7th Jun to 2h00 8th Jun server time 4. How items have disappeared: i remember that i afk in BA spot at 19h00 server time 07/06/2022 but at 2h00 server time 08/06/2022 my charector ChamTuuKa moved Devias vault, account log off but didnt use disconnect account in wep service 5. In details about lost items: upgrade level, options, and exact place where they were before the loss.: Wings of Conqueror +15 luck + ignore (Serial: 193598575) (picture) in ChamTuuKa vault 6.
