Origin: Bought at web market with Bon 4. while organizing my items inside the chaos machine, I suddenly lost my weapon (EXC Azure staff+11) without proceeding to the upgrade to +12. I was able to get all 3 bless, 3 soul and 1 chaos back but the weapon was lost. 5. Exc Azure Staff+Luck+11 6. Safety mode not on (unsure) 7.
