Every reset marlon's quest progress is burn. So if u complete it on 13th reset, u got 180 stats for 13th reset. And got 0 stats for 14, 15 etc. When u got max reset limit u can make marlon's quest again for that 180 stats. My advice for u, make that quest if u need that 180 stats and if they help u. Mean, if u make referals, u don't need it. And u need it if u have main strong character and join some pvp events every day.
