Approximate Downtime from 9 to 24 hours (VIP, Powerbuff, Stealth will be compensated). We apologize for the inconvenience caused. The problems are caused by a record high number of portable characters. All characters and items will be saved. This is a top priority. Regarding the difference in achieving the voter - we will return to this issue later. It just summed up all your votes with Empire + Origin.
