Items change serial number after merges

I want to downgrade some of my items, when i try it I cant and i discover serial number is different, but item is the same. 

for example is same item.

it happened on all my 3 aces items and now and some more,  i cant get bonus back. I wanted the bons back to upgrade new set.
I dont know if it was on merge X30 or merge X500

Serial numbers change with every merge, but you should still be able to get your bonuses back. Probably some kind of mistake. We will take look. 

Please specify your account name and the exact list of items and serials.

Aces set is on "exeretos6" acc in virtual vault, it was upgraded on "exeretos6" acc and "firx69" acc

On Aces eclipse set it works correctly.
 Now i need to downgrande exc eclipse set, i have same problem,
I have helm and gloves on "exeretos6" acc

and armor boots and pants on "firx69" acc
