Problem with characters from old Empire Server

Good Evening.

I used to play in the Empire 500x server a while ago and just came back to Mu Bless. I know my characters are now in the Origin server but I have a little problem. My main character(ehekatl) was transferred at level 386 and no matter if I get new levels it wont go beyond 386 and the bar says the next level is 5 I also require a great amount of exp to level up. I wish to know if there is something that can be done to fix this.

Try dying from a monster, your exp bar will reset according to your current level.
