Rule 4.9 =  https://www.twitch.tv/videos/1834816371 - As you can see in this Hightlight Video , he already knows that we are fighting against the "anabolic". This is why he is not going with me in the bridge , and not using the ice and poison skills for debuff to kill the anabolic , there is a part in the video where he is not damaging the anabolic and killing the creeps.

I get out of the TDM event because there is no point wasting my Time and Healing Potions there.

As you can see , this " Tokyo " is just their Guild's  " Twink / Clone " . This is why he is not afraid of the ban ? Can we please Trace the original Owner of this Twink and ban him too or we tolerate this kinds of player who is " Toxic / Cancer " to the game ? ?

If you stream how you fight the boss, don't be surprised that opponents can take advantage of it. The rule who saw the boss first, he took him away - it doesn't work here
