Issues after merge Deus -> Mega

If during servers merge something got lost/have not transferred, achievements have not arrived or something else happened, please fill this form: 

1. Login of your account:
- test1

2. Describe the problem:
- First page of the bank have not transferred.

In this topic is created to solve only technical issues, if something was not transferred because of server problem. If you forgot to clean bank pages, or you had no characters with resets, create a new topic on Lost and found, and you will get help, after we help everyone, that lost something on our behalf.  

For flood and offtop posts RO will be applied.

Regarding merge sever from x1000 to x100 I have 1 problem as follows:

1. Login of your account: Nhocsock1

 2. Describe the problem:

account have 2 unreset characters + bon + jewel + achi ... I thought that when adding x100, only the character that had not been reset would be lost, but I didn't know that everything else would be lost as well.

So can I get those things back?

Are you sure you mentioned the right account? You don't hve items or characters there on Deus.

Only characters with resets are transferred. You don't have any character with resets on Deus.

Please choose a couple of characters that you need, we will manually transfer them for you + aches.

1. Please provide nicknames of characters on Deus that you want items form.
2. Create blank characters on Mega, so we could copy items there.
