Item disappeared from vault to virtual vault

Hi admn, I think an error, or a bug happened, I tried to send my Sphinx Armor+11+l+dd+ref from my vault to my virtual vault, but it disappeared. My mistake was to press the button ''move to virtual vault''' before the time needed after exiting the game. I've done it before and it just tell me a warning about how many seconds are needed, this time item just banished.

Item is back, it just went to the last 5/10 vault
