Hello, Would anyone be kind enough to advise how party benefits your experience? What do we gain in regards to exp and zen in party and what sort of party is the most beneficial? Is having a party of two beneficial at all? Has level of each player have any impact on experience others are getting? (for example if I am only 200 lvl and I join party of other 3 people who are above 300 lvl, would it still be better than gaining experience on my own?) Maybe there is a topic somewhere that explains all the above? if so I would really appreciate a link.

Well it depends what is each players priority, I mainly purchased VIP to be able to exp in peace in arena- which unfortunately doesn't apply.

Thank you for a suggestion but I have changed my password. I've tried both ways, it was always stored on my chrome. I also type in the same password while logging into the game, and I have tried so many times on numerous occasions, that I gave up now. I will try forget password option and see if it changes anything- maybe it is some kind of bug... I have to edit the post, I just found a solution to my issue :) I used password recovery and I found out that my password was one letter shorter than I set it up! When I created my password it supposed to be 11 characters long, now I noticed there is a limit to passwords to 10 characters, my password in fact was only 10 letters long- so I was able to login to game with no problems because game wouldn't take any characters after 10 (it was automatically cutting off last letter), but website wouldn't accept it because there was one letter to many at the end :) Solved, please close :)

Anyone else is having issues logging into the website? I can login to the website account only from one pc at home, and only one browser (chrome). However if i try any other browser on the same PC the message comes up: You have entered an invalid username or password Now if I try to login from any other computer or phone even on chrome and I still get the same message. I tried to log off first and then login from another devices, still the same error message. I have no problem logging into the client from anywhere. I also tried clearing cookies, that doesn't help either. What am I missing here? I have this problem over last two weeks, actually since I started playing on this server. Any suggestions and help is warmly welcomed. ps. I always make sure I pick correct serwer (King x100).

One thing I had to admit, Up until yesterday I was not aware there were also VIP 2 & 3... shame on me :) That is was I deleted my last post. I still think ks should not be allowed on VIP serwers.

I understand that you disagree with me and you wouldn't like a better service for money? While reading your post i assumed that you wouldn't like bigger better arena? I know that KS is something built into this game. Maybe I have a different approach to MU comparing to some other people- this game is not my entire life, i have a family so I would expect that if I leave my char afk half of the other VIP players wouldn't ks on my spot. I enjoy the game when I have time to do so, that is why I like to pay for a service so I could do it uninterrupted. And I think you are completely wrong here, if you want to play like everyone else you wouldn't buy VIP account. What sort of competition is it then in compare with people who cannot afford it? it is not pure game competition then isn't it? I accept it as I haven't got that much time to spent in front of a screen, that is why I pay and I would like to get good service for a price. You are welcome to have your own opinion but please don't patronise me here, I know what this game is about, you must consider that people circumstances may differ. Hello, I would like to make an enquiry regarding Arena spots. VIP arena seem to be much busier every day. Over last few days I had an unpleasant experience of other players suddenly decide to KS on spots I have taken in the first place. Of course these players have been using their power advantage as they had many more resets comparing to my own character. I have also noticed couple of things as per below: - Alquarnos spots don't seem to be utilised at all, or very rarely used - many players ks to each other, which doesn't seem to be fair to all people donating to server (but this is clearly happening due to a lack of stronger spots in arena) - arena in general is getting smaller and less attractive Suggestions/ possible solutions: - Change spots to more attractive mobs like the one with Alquarnos (put stronger mobs there) - Do not allow KS on VIP arena, as this is clearly paid service - Add another server with vip arena or extend current one I understand that we all have different opinions on certain things, but I would kindly asked administration to consider some sort of solution to make arena experience even more attractive. Hello, I was wondering if there is any other way to contact zgames support. They don't reply to my emails or skype messages. I understand that this is an external service but lack of assistance will cause less likely payments from people like myself. I donated couple of times and I only had an issue once but because of that I lost 80 bonuses. These bonuses never reached my account , and since i try to contact their administration I am a little bit resistant to donate more money unless someone addresses my current issue. Any advice would be warmly welcomed.
