Yes it said I can't make a grand for a gift character. Could you please explain what does it mean? How do I make grand reset? I am already 215 reset, level 400 with enough gold.

I asked earlier that I could not reset when I am at level 400 and 215 rest. I could not do normal reset or grand reset. Then, you closed the topic. I would like to confirm that there is no reset after 215 reset?

My reset shows 215, level 400, account name PonleuME. I do not know why I could not use service for grand reset.
