i've had the same visual bug on my character. when i was under required level, wings showed 3% ignore, once i could equip the wings 3% ignore had disappeared. every rr this reset and i could see 3% ignore when under required level. edit: the 3% ignore never showed up in trade when buying the wings and i doubt it actually showed up in market, but thats just my guess.

Why does Apollo Ring even exist in the game if it is not a set item and does not contribute to ancient set bonus? Something doesn't make sense here. In case you also need a pendant, you would need 6 items for full Apollo set.
