When i afk any spellcaster (sm and mg in this case) after a while my mana will stop regenerating and they stop casting spells. Any fix for this?

Hello, I found this annoying bug when you are low on mana and you lvl up the mana does not renew itself to the fullest as it should as well as stops renewing by the % it normally would and just stuck at almost 0%, at the point the character cant use any skills and just stands untill I add at least 1 skill point to energy - then it renew itself to 100% at once but the problem reapets itself when its almost 0% and I lvl up again. Anyone had the same? Any suggestions? Thanks.
