I meet hack passwork my account

I would like to ask your help for my acount have hack 

in 2022/02/04  about 5:00am, server support is X500 Empire.  my acount have hack passwork by keylogger, his store my character and item ( my character name is HoaSoai, ID nghiadt10)

maybe his name is chaydidau1 and _King1905 ( i saw in trade history) i have a My item serial (

Spitfire +15 is 66414269, Demon is 193611463, Wings of Illusion+12 is193611462, Ignored Red Spirit +13 set 5 items but i just know helm serial is 193611457 )

please respond at your earliest convenience.

maybe you are misunderstanding, I do not sell anythings.

my account just be steal by someone, I lose character and items.

I need your help for find him, and hi take the punishment.

I just don't want bad  guy live out there and harm other people.
