3. Date and time of loss: My character was hacked and sold by someone and traded gems and items on May 11 19:47

4. How items have disappeared: After I re-login the game, the character and the items in the chest all disappeared

5. In details about lost items: upgrade level, options, and exact place where they were before the loss : Dragon Staff of Archangel + 13, pendan 10%, set pad + 9, and in the chest contains different types of gems and items
