rosie143 12 Posted July 14, 2023 Hi GM, Please hear my concerns regarding items from chaos goblin. After checking the percentage of crafting an item, and canceling it by removing the items one by one and closing the chaos goblin, some items would disappear. I tried relogging and continue on playing and still it will not show again in my bag. This time i lost few items Chaos and a +9 exe item. not sure if you can return it. or just compensate me with jewels. Please check the system and add some program to retrieve lost items. Thank you! Which items u lost or better use dat form Making application in event of loss: 1. Name of the character, account and the server, where loss have happened: Normal, Castle Siege, Sub1 or VIP. 2. The origin of things: purchased by you in the store on the site / bought not by you in the store on the site / obtained by game / other. 3. Date and time of loss (as accurately as possible, it will accelerate recovery process). 4. How items have disappeared. 5. In detail about lost items: upgrade level, options, and exact place where they were before the loss. 6. Was the Safety Mode activated? 7. Did anybody have guest password?
