Report - Player xLuciferx - Jade x10 insults the nation

Hello Admin,
My character's name is -Dinosaur- of Jade x10 server. I would like to report the following incident:
- From 3:30 p.m. to 3:45 p.m. server time, my team went to BC6 on server sub2 and met a character named xLuciferx. Here, player xLuciferx deliberately fought for the castle but couldn't, so he insulted me and my teammates with words like: "Noob, sucka...", threatening to kill us 24/7. More seriously, this player insulted our country. When I asked again "what's about Vietnam?", he said "sucka about".
I request the Admin to seriously handle this incident, insulting our dignity as well as our Country is unacceptable. I would like to attach a photo to prove it.
