I ve bought this excelent shield from the market today with pretty much all the rest of the items i m wearing as you can see in the photos attached below but for some reason i can t equip the excelent spectral barrier shield,bearing in mind that i meet all the requirements.i have done the quests to become a soul master,i even done the Marlon quest thinking it may have something to do with that,i even waited to reach level 320 to try and equip it but pointles,it just won t let me equip the excelent spectral barrier shield.i have no problem puttin on a non excelent legendary shield so i m all out of options.
