Моё предложение: Гильду можно создать только имея 3ю профу. Мастер гильдии, Ассистент главы и Мастера войны могут быть люди только с 3ей профой. Остальные участники гильды могут забирать свои заработанные предметы исходя из полученных достиг, к примеру 3 достиги - шмот до 3ей группы, а чтоб забрать шмоткии 7ой группы соответственно у человека должно быть 7 достиг.
