point after reset

i created new char after updated 13/04/2020 and after first reset my char only had 2200 point. how to fix?

So the system works in such way, that every reset bonus points will decrease by 200. On the 0 reset, you had 2000 bonus points, on the 1 you will have 1800, on the 2 1600 and so on, until you reach 10 reset. Then they will be gone.
