How to do the reset after 215 resets

I asked earlier that I could not reset when I am at level 400 and 215 rest. I could not do normal reset or grand reset. Then, you closed the topic.

That's right, the maximum is 215 resets, if you make a grand, you'll have 216 res and so every grand. To make a grand, you need to pump your character to 215, since you can't make a grand for a gift character.

To make a grand reset you must upgrade your character from 0 level, so it means that it is fully your personal character (not gifted). You can't do grand reset on your available character.
