Old servers to compatible with new systems

I think old system servers should slowly be making more compatible with new servers. 

Yeah when make big changes it will be painful and much cry, for that I would suggest to make it step by step.  And after some time they will eventually be compatible because this needs to be done sooner or later. 

Something like:

? removing fruit upgrade system / vip server(could have instead a normal sub server without bosses for people training)

? making lottery system compatible

? removing item shop 

? removing items bought from shop (compensating X% of price)

? removing GRP items (compensate via cashpoints for craft? or maybe compensate by Blue ribbon / green mistery ?)

? making PVP set items compatible (could this be that armor PVP options wary between servers? This would be like in x1 Armor has +100PVP absorb, x30 Armor has +200PVP Absorb, x100 Armor has 400PVP absorb etc), like this people could add PVP opts for bonuses in any server and it would be compatible when moving to another server, just PVP option value would change accordingly.

But what is the purpose of making them compatible to each other? Extreme server is more than 12 years old and haven't changed
