Issues with Spellbinder

Everyone who still have issues with Spellbinder, please, in this topic leave your:

1) Server name
2) Account name
3) Where is it located (if you can, please put it to your virtual vault, you will make my job a lot faster)
4) Whether you have 2 Spellbinders with the same serial number on your account (yes/no)

1) Origin X30
2) "zilvinas11" and "unlasting"
3) on both account are on virtual vault.
 Exc on vault or equiped
4) "zilvinas11" account is on EE and normal one with same serian on virtual vault and "unlasting" account has 3 exc on vault and 3 normal with same serial on virtual vault. (yes)
