Voting error - not receiving bonus

As the title says, in about 4 different occasions after I voted on the MMOTOP.ru, did not receive bonuses on 2 different accounts. A few questions:

a) has anyone else experienced this

b) is there a way to recover the lost bonuses, admins?

c) how to sort it out?

a) time by time someone ask same questions

a) I don't see any issues in our system. Please check MMOTop Settings -> Votes if you voted for the correct character and server
b) There is no way to recover them
