hannlect 0 Posted January 26 (edited) Hi, I've done a Webtransfer from my Virtual Vault to My Character. I Bought 2kkk zen with bonuses, so i did transfer it right after buying. I entered the game, and it doesnt show my Zen. My game is also Bugging when i try to log in, or relog. It takes longer, also to open the Bank in-game. I've tried everything, also transferring more zen (I did a 1,95kkk transfer, then a 50kk transfer) both didnt come through.) I tried to buy something in game, so maybe it wasnt showing correctly, but nothing. I tried to make the same transfer process on website, from character to vault again, it doesnt show my zen. Politico 21 Posted January 26 Hi, characters can't carry more than 2kkk of zen, neither in-game vault (in case you tried). I don't know if you can transfer back the zen from player to Virtual Vault, that would solve the problem, if not, admins can. hannlect 0 Posted January 26 I did know about 2kkk max zen. I had about 12kk on my inventory, when i tried to transfer 1,950,000,000 and it did transfer. (Showed that green message saying it was sucessfull transferred.) I did try to undo when i logged in, i clicked to select the character and it didnt appear nothing else than the 12kk i had before. I've tried to pick up zen, to buy potions, relog, restart computer, tried to update client, everything. It just didnt appear on my char when i logged in, it disappeared. hannlect 0 Posted February 5 (edited) You guys closed my ticket about this problem, i didnt had any answer about it, 1 WEEK. So i lost 2kkk zen? nothing much to you guys, but thats no way to respect a costumer! Something went wrong with this transfer and no one is caring but me.
