Issues after merge Empire -> Origin

If during servers merge something got lost/have not transferred, achievements have not arrived or something else happened, please fill this form:

In this topic is created to solve only technical issues, if something was not transferred because of server problem. If you forgot to clean bank pages, or you had no characters with resets, create a new topic on Lost and found, and you will get help, after we help everyone, that lost something on our behalf.

Survivor achievement should be 300/300.

Quest Master achievement should be 1000/1000

Regarding the achievements:

In this merger , for the first time, we combined the progress of achievements from both servers. Previously, achievements were simply taken from the server where you had more of them, and if you played on both servers, you simply lost all your progress from one of the servers. Now, if you had 100 dragons killed on one server, and 300 on another, then in total after the merger you will have 400. After summing up all the achievements, we reset the achievement points and automatically gave out the number of stars passed according to the new progress.

With each server, we adjust the requirements for getting stars in achievements. For example, there used to be only 1 website that went to the voting achievement and only 250 votes were needed to achieve 3 stars. Now there are 4 sites for voting in achievements and 1000 votes are needed for 3 stars. Therefore, some players could lose one star, because their actual number of votes no longer met the requirements for having 3 stars. But in general, with each server we optimize the achievement system and it becomes easier.

If you are playing since King server, for example for 3 stars in Quester achievement you needed 500 quests on that server. You completed your achievement and got 500/500. Then your character was transferred to Empire, where for 3 stars for achievement Quester you already needed 1000. Because we transfered the stars and achievement points as is: you visually got 1000/1000. In reality you could still have 500/500.

None of the achievement progress was deleted. If you see your quest master 761/1000 - it's exactly how it was on Empire server.

после переноса с империя персонажы выше 5 ресов выкидывает из игры

на Extreme

Воспользовался свитком телепорт выкинуло с игры после запуска не могу зайти персонажем выкидывает. При телепортировании на локацию Arkania эльфом BOJIK005 и BOJIK05 произошло тоже самое. Как это исправить?
