Why havent I been unlocked yet ?

on February 20!
My account was locked
and according to the notice I will expire on February 27!!
And as you can see, I'm still locked even though today is March 1

i can login to web and ingame !! But I can't choose a character

Can you solve the problem as quickly as you blocked my account ?

I just wonder why everyone thinks that everyone else will know that chatting on 121212 is banned!!
I'm sure there are a lot of people who don't know about that regulation!!

Если есть вопросы , у меня тоже есть пост протеста по этому поводу, но похоже , что даже если закон несовершенен , ошибка допущена пользователями =))
