Effects option not saving

FOr a fucking sake can we have this option not to be needed to reset every time we lauch a game and specialy if we need to lounch it 40 times a day its beyond annoing.

If you use the option "O" -> Antilag it produces a similar effect

if  you play on 1 char its no difference once you have 20--40 its massive difference in ram usage
